@ajdicks But then Green Day needed to collect MAD GRAMMYZ SON. So after realizing they were really really boring (lolminority), they re-ripped off the genre. I'm not saying it's such an amazing groundbreaking genre to begin with. But they definitely had to go back and rip off the contemporary version of it in order to write American Idiot.
