I’m pretty sure this is a bunch of cartoons from the 1920s with one of them being steamboat willie, the cartoon character that Walt Disney stole to create Mickey Mouse. Then he turned around and had legislation passed to protect a bunch of his stolen characters through copyright laws. Love this song though and pretty much anything off of animal collectives first several albums.
