...I'm 50. I saw The Angels the first time at the FM104 4th birthday celebration concert in 1984, Festival Hall Brisbane. ….  I've seen many concerts since then. The Angels are beyond the best live act I've ever seen in my life. Doc Neeson was a theatre on his own. A stage precence unsurpassed by even Ronald Belford Scott..and Brian Johnson...…..The Angels are the premier live act to come out of Australia. No one ever walked away disappointed from an Angels show, I'm sure,,,,,,,

One of the few bands who tear it up live...way better on stage than on vinyl. Liveline, best live album ever......

While my vinyl sits in clutter, have to resort to online gratification. Has a certain Alice Cooper sound to it. Another legend with vastly underrated musicians as back up. Classic rock by any measure.

Im 54 and The Angels was my favorite band in the late eightys, saw them live more times than i can remember, Did security at the show a few times, awesome memories

The Angels are Australian rock royalty, having released 11 studio albums, a live EP, and a double live album. US record label executives had no idea how to handle The Angels, and insisted on having the band re-record old material for new US releases, thus you ended up with (in my opinion) second rate product, including 'Beyond Salvation' (1989), the US version included a re-recorded 'Am I Ever Gonna See Your Face Again', which was the band's debut single, recorded in 1977. Look further, dig deeper. Look for original 'The Angels' material, and check out 'The Angels (Australia)' Facebook page.

I have managed to get my hands on almost everything by them.
At 55 I still jump around when I listen to them.
