Brilliant album!
Felt so good first time listening to it, made me realize they still got it!

Even the title is appropriate, it sure gets my bones chilling. This is one relaxing song to day dream too

I wasn’t sure if the new record was going to evoke feelings like the previous ones have, but I was wrong. When listening to Tremors, Mercenaries, Kiss With A Spell and Tunnels in sequence, they indeed evoke emotion, and feelings I once buried and forgotten. Seems stupid to let music resurrect dead feelings, but they’re a part of your personal evolution and ascension of the soul. For me, I speak how I feel through songs, which is to say, not always understood to those who can say how they feel through mere words.

Tremors reminds me of the excitement I had with a previous love – life felt different, I saw things differently. While I was blinded by how I felt, I knew she wasn’t good for me, but I didn’t care, I was on a ride to the unknown since I felt you never really know where opportunities will take you unless you try. 

Mercenaries/Kiss With A Spell brings to light the battle I fought with both my emotions and the lack there of on her part, trying to make a means to an end with what we had. My heart was a ghost stuck on that lonely cove, and wherever I seemed to go, I left a bit of that sorrow that I was feeling as it begun to wither. She really didn’t need to count me out, but she did and I refused to give up – initially. In the end I was unable to say it, be it out loud or to myself, that it indeed, was over. That first kiss was rapture laced with a spell of thorns.

Tunnels remind me of how I felt dead when it all fell apart, like it was all a bad dream. I wanted nothing more but to pull her close, but it was too late, as my heart was already gone and I was drowning in a river of sorrow. Wherever I went, I felt like I was chasing after her, but going nowhere fast, while leaving a wake of destruction. I eventually put those feelings to rest and begun my ascension from the bottom.

These songs just seem so powerful when listened to together (and individually), but that’s what I love about AVA, they bring out raw emotion, and even paint surreal pictures in my mind of things you cannot see with your own eyes. It totally sounds stupid saying this aloud, but as a fan, I thought I’d share.

Honestly not a bad album among them though and Love 2 has one of my fave AVA songs on there- BAPH. Horrendously underrated band.

I fucking love this song.

Cant get enough of this song. Something about this band, every song on each album goes on heavy rotation and I never get tired of them.

''The Dream Walker'' is so much better than Neighborhoods, Love 1 & Love 2. it sounds fresh, new and honest again. also...spring is around the corner here in the netherlands and these songs sound so much better while you feel the warmth of the bright sun....love it. i don't care what anyone says, this is the best AVA record yet. it's less produced and glad they ditched the dotted 8th delay (i love that but it was getting boring). alot of new electronic sounds that blend in well with the whole ''space/dreamy/uplifting'' thing. the vocals were intentional, it's an idea tom had while making ''Diary'' and he kept it....the lyrics often sound more mysterious that way. i actually like the production a lot more :)

This is definitely a driving tune. A "Fuck it, I'll take the long way home" kinda tune.

Every song off the dream walker album is a single to me.

I was searching for a garbage song in this album but i lost hope... there is not such thing as that on AVA's albums

The song writing , on this album , clash of sounds in love with this album , and this is a great song makes me feel warm and peaceful, there nothing like words of depth and vision to sink into are souls

come on  - the mothership welcomes all esp. the AVA fans

it's amazing to see how many fan mates are now. I remember when WDNTW came out very few supported Tom, and the majority just hated the new band and pressured Tom to go back to blink.

This is honestly my favourite song on the album thusfar. Instantly catchy with more of the classic AVA sound. Love that Tom went back a little bit to remember the classic AVA roots and create a magical song.

This song makes me emotional every time I hear it, purely because of the fact that it's an amazing song.

Really beautiful and powerful song. Best on the album. Kind of reminds me of Flock of Seagulls...well, more than usual for AVA. Not sure about the "I get off" lyric though

I think this album is awesome. maintains the essence of ava but with a darker and mysterious side .. tremors and tunnels are softer melodies. in conclusion the album is very completo..tom transcended this.

Beside the 'Anomaly", I think this is the best song from the "the dream walker" album. Sound likes really AVA that I've ever known ever.

I loved pretty much teh whole album.

It's not the lyrics bruh. This just isn't appealing to me. This doesn't sound like a Tom flow. This seems really random and thrown together awkwardly.
