People improve their writing skills with poetry classes or any type of writing class. That's common sense. It's also common sense to know that most bay area rappers suck because they're uneducated (i.e. they don't take poetry classes).
Plus you can tell just by the way Savage-C flows that he's just a lazy stoner rapper. He's boring. EVERY SINGLE LINE is spoken with the same monotone register. Who the hell can defend this guy?
