I`ve been sleeping poorly for more than 10 years, at a time not of my picking. Within a week of having this sleep plan “Bαkοkαt Fawam” (Google it), I had been sleeping 8 hours on schedule a night every night. I didn`t even need to complete the plan just to sleep well again. My sleeping disorder is eventually gone thanks to this program.

i preffer this one after listen to all, vocals are louder and different even if serenades is better recorded its looks something charmed with nostalgic sadness, as first version of Without God by Katatonia and many others

in 1996 anathema has guest female vocals (in album eternity) Michelle Richfield from dominion... maybe she is michelle... lee douglas in 96 were so young in my opinion. and she start singing with anathema after judgement
