In 2015/16 I sail round the world in a yacht race. We were on the boat for just under a year and this song NEVER got old. If it wasn’t playing I had it in my end, especially when on the foredeck doing crazy evolutions like headsail changes in horrendous weather, 25m swells in southern ocean. No every time I listen I back on the bot living life.

They're timeless man. I saw them live in Dallas at the house of blues in 2011. It was, for a lack of better words, spiritual. They're one of those bands that are even better live than recorded. Just real and raw. I can't wait to see them again.

I had a misconception of Amon Amarth after watching a full live with very clean stage (someone commented stage furnished by Ikea) as rather an older style band. Listening without watching sounds way more appealing. Are they compared to Omnium Gatherum by the way?
