sounds like he says see the blackened circling eye.. waiting for the men to die. later it seems like he's saying later in misheard lyrics were on the Ride again and vengeance is a new found path. we drove them straight from rivenhem. these bastards shall know our endless wrath.

Pretty common to take two or three takes with different lyrics and have one word accidentally or purposely get doubled with a different word at a lot lower volume thus giving two or more interpretations, especially when combined with delay. Some singers are really concise and to the point with the exact same lyrics every time and some improvise a lot because they get bored with singing it the same way every time.
