I love her. I'm still bumpin Love and war. I saw her perform at the Overtown Arts and Music festival. She did a great job, I just wish that her team would promote her music more. Shes so underrated.

+Obie Mauro Both. It was release in March 2015 with no follow up. She's done this before and is very inconsistent, so there is no momentum or build up to anything.
She indicated that she has a touch of OCD and I think that has played a role in her hit and miss patterns over the last 10 years.
It's frustrating because some of her performances from 2005 use to give me chills, she was so sexy and point. I just knew she would be a superstar and then ........crickets.

I don't see that happening with this, as she doesn't promote well. Give you an example a few weeks ago she performed in DC but I didn't see anything about it and only found out from her book channel.
If your fans have to work to find you then eventually they lose interest.

@bob johnson​​ Unlike other musicians, Ameriie has another life outside of doing just music. I think it's smart that she put her degree to use and do what she loves to do besides music.

And she's also a wife, so I can respect her for livin' life. You can look and tell the difference between folks that aren't chasing fame and are relishing in life and those who make it their business to release something on the regular to stay relevant.

Yes I understand and I actually subscribed to her book channel where she gives interesting reviews. She's nerdy and I like that about her.
I love intelligent black women who are educated and like things outside of the norm. She is a very well rounded person and a great role model.

@bob johnson​​ I love her book channel. I went out last week and grabbed "The Vegetarian" and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed the book as much as I did. My only gripe is that it's so short.

If it's short then it's right up my alley as my brain capacity is limited. I'll check it out!

 I love the channel as she actually replies to comments and seems really grounded. Some of the videos about beauty are boring to me since I'm a guy but I'd love her to make some videos of Korean dishes that I've grown to love.
