BRITTNEY sang the high note (there ain't no stopping us now) NOT Alvin. Just because Alvin sang the part in the movie doesn't mean his voice actor did, it's not a valid argument so DO NOT use it.

Britney Sang The High Note Evidence:

 - Evidence #1.) Use your ears, please.? The high note is too deep to be sung by Alvin. The Chipmunks have higher voices than the Chipettes, this is because women have higher voices than men. If they had given the women an even higher pitch, viewers would have a massive headache

 - 0:59 Brittney sings the "Hey heyy" bit and it's heard again at 1:32. It sounds the exact same as the one at 0:59, but somehow people still think Alvin sang the part.

- If you still dont believe me, listen to 2:39, that's what a high note sounds like when sung by Alvin.

- Evidence #2.) If you still cannot use your ears to figure out the obvious difference, please have some cold hard facts. You can look up the lyrics for this song and 1/4 sources will tell you Alvin sang the part. And yes, If you're about to ask, I do have links ;)

So like I said earlier, stop saying it was Alvin just because he "sang" the part in the movie, IT IS NOT A VALID ARGUMENT.
