I was suicidal when I lost her far too soon. I went to this AB concert. (She bought the tickets before she passed) Miles sang this song. That line literally felt like a message from my mom. It saved my life.

I still have a hard time listening to this song, but I love it.

I lost My grandpa last saturday. I really loved him a lot. He was a gem of a person. I wish where ever he is, he is in a better place.
He was bedridden since 2 months. Neither could he eat nor drink. Finally he was relieved from his suffering and pain he hs been in from 2 months. Whenever i miss him i listen to this song and it really comforts me.

On New Year's Eve 2018/2019, our family put my dad into Hospice. He had a moment of clarity as we left the hospital. He said he would be okay to my mom. By the time we arrived at Hospice a short time later, he was unresponsive. He stayed that way until he took his last breath on January 5, 2019. I had just finished shaving him when he passed. I just saw Alter Bridge in Orlando at HOB on 10/25. When Mark and Myles performed this song acoustic, I lost it. It speaks volumes. Godspeed to Alter Bridge, as they continue their journey. This past July I found my Dad in the bedroom he shared with my 5 year old. I walked in and seen him on the floor. I feel so guilty because I was so mean to him and I’ll never forgive myself. My dad did everything for me. And he helped me with my kids. I miss him so bad and I played this song at his funeral. Now I have to go to court a bunch of times to testify against someone and then after that, maybe I can heal 😕

I dedicate this one to my Mother who passed away last Tuesday. Love you mom. Miss you dearly and I look forward to seeing you again in heaven someday.
