Almost, The - Fire Lyrics

I got a train south of Savanna
I was on a plane that came close to crashing down
And my head is spinning, nothing makes no sense
On again, off again, fear takes its spin

Have I been here before, or is déjà vu a glitch?

I'm on fire, will you put me out?
I'm in a trap and I can't get out
I made this bed that I'm sleeping in
It's all my fault that I'm here again
I'm on fire, can you help me out?
Help me out

Got off the train looking for some hope
Headed to the street, this was back when I still smoked
Policeman said, "Hey, son, you can't do this here"
Then help me calm down and lose my fear

I'm drowning in reality, I can't feel my needs

I'm on fire, will you put me out?
I'm in a trap and I can't get out
I made this bed that I'm sleeping in
It's all my fault that I'm here again
I'm on fire, can you help me out?
Help me out

I finally get home and lo and behold
There is nowhere for me to sit or even put my coat
I pour myself a drink, I think it's getting better
In you walk, it's all the same

I'm on fire, will you put me out?
I'm in a trap and I can't get out
I made this bed that I'm sleeping in
It's all my fault that I'm here again
I'm on fire, can you help me out?
Help me out
Help me out
Help me out

Love Theme From St. Elmo's Fire(For Just A Moment) - David Foster
    (聖艾爾摩之火 - 大衛佛斯特)

    Growin' up
You don't see the writin' on the wall
    Passin' by
Movin' straight ahead you knew it all
But maybe sometime if you feel the pain
    You'll find you're all alone
    Everything has changed

    Play the game
You know you can't quit until it's won
    Soldier on
Only you can do what must be done
    You know in some way
    You're a lot like me
    You're just a prisoner
And you're tryin' to break free

I can see a new horizon
    Underneath the blazin' sky
    I'll be where the eagle's
    Flyin' higher and higher
Gonna be your man in motion
All I need is a pair of wheels
Take me where my future's lyin'
    St. Elmo's Fire

    Oooh...

    Burnin' up
Don't know just how far that I can go
    (Just how far I go)
    Soon be home
Only just a few miles down the road
    I can make it

    I know I can
You broke the boy in me
But you won't break the man

I can climb the highest mountain
    Cross the wildest sea
I can feel St. Elmo's Fire burnin' in me
    Burnin' in me

    Just once in his life
    A man has his time
    And my time is now
    And I'm comin' alive

I can hear the music playin'
I can see the banners fly
    Feel like you're back again
    And hope ridin' high
Gonna be your man in motion
All I need is a pair of wheels
Take me where my future's lyin'
    St. Elmo's Fire

I can climb the highest mountain
    Cross the wildest sea
I can feel St. Elmo's Fire burnin' in me

    Burnin'
    Burnin' in me
    I can feel it burnin'
    Oooh, burnin' inside of me

Throughout America there are tens of thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands of community cat rescuers who risk penalties and neighbors anger and violence. They are afraid to reveal who they are, mostly hiding their cat food and water behind bushes or in their backyards fearing cat haters, or even worse animal control officers (aco’s) already to kill them. The former in whatever improvised methods their hatred minds can conjure, the latter in the most efficient methods derived.

In Parma, Ohio there was a children’s village (orphanage) where for 85 years 40,000 orphans’ lives were saved and where hundreds of millions of lives were saved by the carrying forth of Parmadale’s Model of love, care and compassion replacing electro shock therapy, lobotomies, ice water submersion, etc. that was the practice of healing of human suffering. I am still crusading for tv shows dramatizing pet therapy where advertising profits, annually as long as there are stories to tell of pets healing human suffering would bring forth $234 million to the City Of Parma and the schools and $4 billion to humanitarianism which would save hundreds of millions of cats, dogs, deer and people’s lives in the decades to come.

For now, I am raising funds for the people who would have rescued the cats and dogs that will hopefully someday have missions in the rebuilt/resurrected Parmadale. Each month or so, I will have a different narrative of, at first Parma area rescuers then expanding nationally, similar to what would have been on the shows. Each rescuer of the month will receive the donations to help them save as many cats and dogs as possible.

Because virtually all of them fear their neighbors finding out what they do for fear of verbal and physical violence, the law and cat haters, each month will use fictitious names that soap opera viewers will find interesting, unless the rescuer for some reason wants to be known, like I suspect will Dennis Glendenning of Lucky’s Angels Cat Rescue.

This month we start our tributes with my friend who I help out a great deal both physically and emotionally. And now financially. Let’s call the inaugural Parmadale Cat Rescuer Emily Livingston, to avoid copyright infringements but let soap viewers know I am referring to.

Emily has been saving cats for nearly the entire 33 years since living in my neighborhood, spaying and neutering and caring for what he claims is 400 cats going all the way back to her first tnr place then called Bide a Wee(now called Stay A While). Cats that no one in the neighborhood cared about and that she has received many threatening letters and verbally abuse visits from neighbors and citations from the animal control officer.

While haven taking care of 400 cats she also was a caregiver for her elderly mother and father for years, starring when they were well into their 80’s complete with dementia, alzheimers, etc without a bit of financial help and actualy scorn from her family. As someone who did the same for my parents, I can attest the physical and mental demands make the average $250 per day in nursing home care seem not so unreasonable. They earn every penny. And Emily not once received a penny from her family or the government for saving each hundreds of thousands of dollars. The stress eroded her body to the point where even though she is now but 58, she has the health due to wear and tear of a 85 year old.

Taking care of cats, elderly parents and an autistic child with a dead beat father who claims not to have employment, and another marriage which was ruined due to alcoholism and drugs by the husband that is terminal to virtually all marriages, Emily has reached the point where she might lose her house leaving her 25 cats to find new homes and her son with an uncertain doomsday if the strain of her tragic life ends.

When Emily’s father joins her mother in heaven there will be no insurance benefits or house transfer or transfer on death accounts or anything else. For his suffering for 6 long years has eroded his entire estate, leaving no need to probate. She will have nothing but bills she can’t pay and cats with nowhere to go but the animal control officer.

Emily survives on only ssi from her son’s autism. Her body can barely make it outside everyday to feed the cats and take care of her son. Let alone handle the demands of a labor intensive job. And a family who doesn’t appreciate, let alone have any intention of financially helping her out now, despite the hundreds of thousands of dollars she saved them by not having the parents put in nursing homes.

She has no money for even a basic vet bill. And is desperately trying to make amends with credit card debt. After paying utilities to make sure her son has lights and heat and water and clothes, she always chooses to take care of the cats before herself. Most months she has no money for food weeks before her next ssi benefits are mailed, having to rely on food banks. Just like with all rescuers I will be profiling and raising money for, whatever Emily has left over, goes to the cats.

Despite the reality that this neighborhood would have thousands of cats, or the animal control officer would have had to kill thousands of cats. I am one of only two people who have ever helped her out.

To slightly exaggerate. Her car barely starts. Her legs barely can stand. Her arms can barely lift up. Her lungs can barely breathe. Her heart can barely beat. Yet she continues her daily clandestine rounds hiding food and water from all the cat killers in the city of Parma that has made it’s “Kill all feral cats” mentality extremely well known.

No better Parma resident more represents The Spirit Of Parmadale Nuns then Emily and she desperately needs help to buy food for cats, provide heat for the felines, provide shelter for the kitties.

Well cute, it is now an Enemy of State Song Sheet, which I hope Rick Hansen well. What is left of it is nothing, and Canadian and United States Department of Justice it is time to release the treason/pardon documents on the song and begin the process of dismantling the song from society. As originator of this song Canada you are a disputable animal of crime on all of it, destroyed two lives who did the cribbing and writing of the song that was done 1982. As a government you are too stupid to understand names on documents beneath the ones States, Fraud on mass distribution licensing and finally too much of the coward in life to admit the song originate from Port Alberni, BC Canada(1982). What is proper for the song is what left of it for society is title, with MLPEoS lyrics and nothing more.

It's called the 80's and that's all you have to say.  It was a time of magic.  Music spoke to you and held you spell bound.  Since then it's been remix after remix of the 80's trying to capture that magic again.  If you didn't live it, you missed out.  God I still remember the days and miss it with every beat of my heart.

We didn’t have gender identity problems, we weren’t being lectured by blacks or gays or lesbians or transgender freaks about how to live our lives and you could go through life and probably not see a single Muslim or minority at all. Life was amazing.
At school, the classes were quiet and respectful, good grammar was assumed as the norm and you could leave your locker open because there was an honor system.
We had a shared background, a shared language and country. Let’s go back to these days. Our country in 2019 has been debased grotesquely by the invasion of low iq foreigners.
