I always imagined staying with my bestfriends through highschool while they help my dumbass get through it but we got news that my best friends since 3rd grade, was going to switch high schools and we all were heart broken but we still had a year of fun of memories to make until she told me Thursday night a few months ago that Friday was her last day it's not sad but she helped me through one of my hardest times even when we got separated for a year. I dont know what I would do without them and I learned am also being separated from the rest of my best friends. it's not that sad but it hurts. Everyone says I will find new friends but I dont want to. I guess I'm afraid of change.

I'm so sorry. I can relate sadly I lost my best friend due to suicide and it took my months to accept never hearing her voice again and to this day it has scarred me to loose someone. I lost the one person I could tell everything too but she never talked her problems to me and I wish I would have noticed before it was too late.

Omg I remember singing this song with my two other friends....Now everytime I listen to this song all I wanna do is cry

I recently lost a good friend of mine, her name was Avey. I chose this song to remember her by. She was a great friend. We shared so many good times in Minecraft and Overwatch. Even though she didn’t pass away, I’ll still miss the little time we spent together. I’ll miss u Avey, if you’re out there, I hope you find happiness in life, along with great success. This song is so powerful.

My dad and mom have been divorce since I was young and I spilt time with them. No big deal I’m used to it. My dad met a girl when I was about 5 and stayed with her until I was 11. They have been broken up for about a year and a half.

The woman created a TOXIC and verbally abusive relationship. She had no care in the world for me. She had two sons (one 3 years older and one younger than me but not by much). At first I had considered them as a new opportunity but soon it grew into a family-like love for my newfound siblings.

As time went on we became closer and we cared for each other. We had so much fun on our trampoline, playing basketball, and going on vacations.

They were my brothers. We cared for each other and made unforgettable memories.

At the time I didn’t imagine my life without them but I despised my dads girlfriend.

I knew the relationship was struggling. One day my dad told me they would be living with us but the were no longer dating. I still cared so much for my siblings though.

Once they moved out I knew they would never return. At time I was excited that my dad got out of this relationship. But now I think back and remember my siblings and everything we did together.

It’s my biggest life regret and always will be. I had no idea they would be gone forever. I never had the chance to say goodbye. And never had the chance to tell them how much they meant to me. I know realize how attached we were. I don’t k ow if they feel the same way but I hope they know I will never forget.

I'm enlisting in the Air Force soon, and I have this small group of friends that I love with all my heart and every time I hear this now, I just think of them.
They don't know yet, and I'm dreading the day I announce the news to them. It's going to be hard to leave them behind, because they're more like family to me. I couldn't imagine a life without them anymore.

This song doesn’t quite remind me of what most would think. This, to me, is a genuine song about being afraid to leave your hometown after such a long time. I live in a small town, with about 200 people my age. I recently graduated high school, and it was absolutely a bittersweet feeling, seeing everyone I grew up with go our separate ways in a matter of hours. That was it. No more gym class, no more lunch times, no more parties, no more sports games, no more friday night lights, no more high school hallway ‘hellos’ and ‘what’s ups’. The world is out there waiting for every one of us and while some are ready to go, some just want to stay home and be a kid again. After everything, though, we’ll for sure never forget what a blast high school was.

This song has me in tears right now because I will be promoting from 8th grade. I have bin at my school since the day I turned 5 now here I am almost 14 and going to high school. I have grown up with all my class mates wether it was from kinder, first, second and so on I have grown up with all of them. We may have had are difference and fights but we are all here today 13, 14, 15 doesn't matter but we are here and going to high school some of us will be together still but others won't. School, was my escape I had an abusive father and every school dance and every day my friends took me away to spend at there house I grew brighter. I broke down crying because they were so nice and when my father threatened my friends to me I grew distant. My bestfriend stopped that by pulling me to the side I told her everything and she took me away from that shitty situation water to me is thicker then blood.

This song has inspired me in so many ways. It helped me find the strength to get out of my abusive home and get to a safer place, it gave me the strength to stay alive and carry on even when it gets tough. It has also helped me overcome many challenges in getting out of that house, losing friends and many family members over my decision to get out of that situation, and my own thoughts of the entire town being associated with that trauma. I can't even listen to this any of this album without bursting into tears or having memories playing in my head and just being overwhelmed with so many good, bad and empowering memories and emotions. I just want to say thank you to All Time Low for helping me be strong with your music while all this was happening, you literally saved my life.
