I’ve been listening to Opera and Classical music for a lifetime. This band has all the skill and finesse of the best orchestras. They’re simply the perfect ensemble. Thank you Cathy for introducing me to this beautiful world of bluegrass and starting with Allison.

No one does dobro like Jerry Douglas.  No one does back-up and main vocals like Dan Tyminski.  And no one has the voice of serenity personified like Alison Krauss.  This live performance sounds just as good if not better than the original recording!

IThink ( even though I am not a big bluegrass music fan) that Allison Klauss has has one of the most beautiful & sexy female voices in the world!!! 👌👌👌👌

The best day ever... You're camping in the mountains on a cool fall day. Evening rolls in and you build a campfire. While sitting at your campfire with family and friends, the horn on a passing freight train can be heard in the distance. Suddenly seemingly out of nowhere Alison Krauss and Union Station show up with instruments in tow and play and talk by the fire throughout the evening. ...What?! It could happen!!! :)

Oh yeah, that Live Performance DVD is still dear to my heart, lost count how many time I've watch it over the years. Truly a beautiful concert, don't need no fancy lightshow or stage theatrical makeups. Just her voice and the music is enough to last forever.
