I think it's pretty obvious what he means by "angry brains of infancy"? It's about remembering the feelings he had as a child when something bad happened and made him angry. And it obviously had to do with somebody screaming at his mother and him. Maybe it's their name he can't remember.
I think Hirohiko Araki was inspired by this song and wrote JoJolion.
