Alice Cooper - Today Mueller Lyrics
Today mueller let it happen happy slappin' tappin' paddy oh
She'd like to give her life away like to stay another day oh
Try it out another way
Oh today today today today mueller give your notice of your leaving
Oh today today today today mueller don't tell them you can't go with me
Red rover red rover pass under pass over pass through
And over and over the White Cliffs of Dover with you
Today mueller make it happen

Alice Cooper Today Mueller Comments
beatle.ish , i love beatles and AC
a good song to waltz to!
this reminds me of some of the music in "willy wonka and the chocolate factory" .. the creepy piano parts. obviously this album came out before that movie
This album, and Easy Action, have been my favorite AC albums since I was 10. The lyrics of this song? Who was Mueller? A song recorded 50 years ago now has a meaning! I think, of course, of Robert Mueller: "TO-DAY...MUELLER...MAKE IT...HAPPEN!" I have had this song in my head all through the past two months. Sometimes it takes half a century for meaning to happen to something that probably had none at the time, even to the writers.
i get big beatles vibes from this album
JustAGamer especially "Apple Bush"
One of my favorite Alice Cooper albums, from before "I'm Eighteen." Listen to it today and imagine that it refers to Mueller and Trump. "Today, Mueller - make it happen."
Catjoe12 I have had "Today Mueller" in my head for the past few months now for this very reason. I always wondered what or who "Mueller" was, being a huge fan of this album. Now I know! 😉
So I am not the only one who thought of that!
Yeah well, how'd that Mueller - Trump thing work out? FOUR INVESTIGATIONS:
> NO Collusion
> NO Obstruction
> NO UNDERLYING CRIME
> NO Charges, nothing, nada, zip, zero, zilch.
How ironic is it that if Mueller testifies under oath in front of Congress, he could perjure himself. But if Mueller doesn't testify under oath in front of Congress, he could be charged with Obstruction. 🤔
This kind of stuff was applauded on the White Album.
I didn't care for this album the first time I heard it, but I find that it grows on you with repeated listening. We are so used to the post-"Love It To Death" Alice, with tight, radio-friendly songs, that these early, experimental works just seem...odd (even by Frank Zappa standards). You can hear Alice's British Invasion influences - a bit of Yardbirds, some of Syd's Pink Floyd - mixed in with West Coast psychedelia. It is interesting to think about what direction Alice's music might have taken, had not Bob Ezrin developed their commercial potential.
interesting old stuff by legend alice cooper :-)
