Alice Cooper - Lay Down And Die, Goodbye Lyrics
You are the only censor if you don't like what I say you have a choice you can turn me off
If you don't like what I say you have a choice you can turn me off
Well I've written home to mother the ink ran from my tear
I said momma momma please tell me why you brought me here

I've been a HUGE coop fan since I was about 8...i never really listened to the first 2 albums till recently.. Dumb I know... These albums are great... This tune kicks ass. That's what I love about Alice... You can NEVER accuse him... Or them.. Of making the same album twice!
Easy Action is the second studio album by the American rock band Alice Cooper, released by Straight Records in March 1970.
Brings back good memories. Still love it.
I Remember Listen To This With Head Phones On
Back When I was 10 Years Young In 1970
It Still Rocks In 2019
I keep expecting Lennon's voice to come in with "Number nine..... number nine....."

Although it was played and written on the pretties for you tour.
This is from the LP Easy Action. Spoken word intro by Tom Smothers, or was it Dick?, from the Smothers Brothers so I've heard.
Actually it was written and recorded in 1967: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UokMFcEZ3wU
@Mark Choma Tommy 😎

If u DNT like what I say u can turn me off, gotta love Alice Cooper
It's actually a sample from Tom Smothers , one half of the comedy team The Smothers Brothers. The other half being his brother Dick
Alice Cooper's answer to Interstellar Overdrive! I'll be honest, I like this better.
Their other total fuzz guitar freakbeat blast!
The Pretty Things (circa 1966-68, especially SF Sorrow) are all over this! Resplendent work of artistry, indeed. Unlike the "trash" so many are serving up nowadays!
i love this album cover. these guys were so talented.
Ever dropped Acid and listened to this ? I did a couple of times...better than a movie!
Me too..... in 1974.
Wow at the guitar <3
