I had written a comment almost 2 years ago when my boyfriend committed suicide. I was saying how this song explains how I feel when I feel alone. I was with him for 8 years. Since I was 14. So he was my half. I could only recognize myself in him. Let's say when he died a part of me also did. Almost 2 years later this song is still the most beautiful homage to my love for my half in heaven . He gave me a heart shaped necklace on our first Christmas and I had a box of memories since he was in the military and would leave often .. how perfect this song is to me. So I wanna say thank you for giving my story a voice when I had no words. It is amazing what music does. And you have saved a life.

This makes me think about my imaginary friends/boyfriends.

I am going to attempt to interpret the meaning behind this video...
The girl loves the boy and maybe even the boy still loves the girl or cares about her in the very least but something is wrong with him and it is causing him to be emotionally distant. She feels his touch but not his emotion or attention that she once felt. It seems like something is eating away at him from the inside out whether it's his own dirty laundry or he may have lost some feelings for her. From what the lyrics are saying it seems he may have some "broken pieces" that she is trying to help him clean up and be there for him. Obviously things aren't like what they were in the beginning but she is trying to get it back to the way it was by continuing to still love him and is going to "Find Him" again. So she is going to try and heal the wounds in the wounds in the relationship to get their love back to where it once was before. By finding him and where the love went in their relationship.
