Is "Jack and Coke" an English thing, I've never heard of someone saying "lets have a Jack and Coke"

It's a drink thats a mix of Jack Daniels Whiskey and Coca Cola. I'm pretty sure it'll be drunk outside England but I know in England its sold in cans. p.s. Sorry for the late reply only found this video today.

in Malta we call it a Jack Coke (ie we drop the "and") simply Jack Daniel's whiskey with Coca-Cola, like the old time favorite gin and tonic, anywhere from 1:2 to 1:4 mix depending on your palate, Jack Daniel's for a whiskey is very sweet (some would even say it's a bourbon), so it goes particularly well with coke.

Great work with the video, such an improvement from all the other movie maker lyric songs. This was much more entertaining to watch than a simple text fading in and out. Keep up the good work.
