The fight for sex workers' rights has been central to the fights for womens' rights AND workers' rights for as long as people have been fighting for them. The legality or illegality of sex work has nothing to do with whether the people who engage in it - for whatever reason and to whatever extent they engage with it - deserve protection and respect. There are huge waves of people pushing for the decriminalization of sex work for that exact reason.

It's interesting that I keep seeing people jump to saying "glorifying sex work is bad!" as soon as anyone asserts that sex workers deserve to be treated well. That's not "glorifying sex work." You're just preoccupied.
