I have anxiety and my parents never noticed, they make me perform infront of a bunch of people and I start to get all shaky and my mind gets full of thoughts. Until my mind blacks out.

my parents wont help my depression and anxiety with medication cause they belive its dangerous, but id do anything just to not feel like this forever.

medication won't completely change your mind. If your looking for another way to get better I suggest therapy? I've never done it so I wouldn't know. But things get better :)

i would always skip this song when it would play bc i felt like it. But today i decided to actually sit and listen to it and im in tears, i suffer from severe adhd and anxiety and ive always wanted more representation for myself, im avoiding my finals assignments and its so hard. ive medicated myself at such a young age which my parents dont agree with and i dont know it its helping either my anxiety or adhd but im still trying.
I know this is cheesy but thank you so much alec this has hit so close to home, in a good way.

This hits so close to home. I suffer ADHD and it’s literally the hardest thing ever. That then caused depression and anxiety, next thing you know I’m on antidepressants at 6 years old. I’m 13 now, and we’ve found more prescription pills that work for me. I’m so much happier now, but ADHD is still a struggle, because we haven’t found the perfect pill yet. But yeah, this is my favorite song of yours, because I relate to it so much 😭😍❤️
