I'm not a fan of this band, but the drummer is pretty good, vocals alright and it SEEMS that the songwriting is better with this album. worth a try.

At 6:50 - One of the most Post-Black metal moments in music history.

Masterpiece after masterpiece, Spiritual Instinct has no filler tracks. These guys just keep getting better !! I wondered where they would go after Kodama, where they sounded at the top of their game, IMO. I was blown away by what they brought us here.

I love this album but I think Kodama is better honestly, I don't think they'll reach that level of absolute perfection again.

The shift at 4:35 is one of the most beautiful things I have ever heard in a blackgaze song. Metal song, even. I actually teared up when I heard it. I had an exam today as I listened to this last night, but I actually wasn't crying over that, this time.

Just when you think the song has already reached its peak, that part comes in and takes the song to a whole new level opening a whole new spectrum of sensations.
