@Vinicius Oliveira What I loved the most about Alcest was that Black Metal-ish style they had. When they got full-shoegaze mode, I felt bad for a while (Shelter era) and then Kodama came and I liked it (not loved it), specially with Oiseaux de proie. I'm a huge fan. If you aske me, Écailles de Lune and Les Voyages de l'Âme are the best ones.

No we can't, because Shelter was a good album.

Alcest is made of both light and darkness. Spiritual Instinct is the dark end of their spectrum, where Shelter is their absolute light. They're both great albums, each one going deeply into an aspect of their art.

Why is it so good?

First time listening. I started crying with the first 20 seconds... I knew it was going to be special... Amazing how these sounds touches your soul so deep. I feel like my soul and heart are breaking into pieces and this music comes out of them.

Same here, every time without fail. It feels like they strip everything from you to reveal yourself, I can't explain. Music from angels 🖤

Very nicely said. I was listening to certain songs of theirs (including this one) the night before and "Delivrance" felt like someone ripped a piece of my soul away, I cried so much and then I fell asleep...

I really hope to see alcest experiment more with this kind of sound in the future! I always thought that a smart use of synths could help their sound a lot to develop in new directions! I think the album is absolutely good but on the other hand this "usual" sound of modern alcest is beginning to feel a bit tired.

This is by far my favorite song from the new album, it's amazing!
