I met my husband in 1998 when we were teenagers. He was my first love. City of Angels was the first movie we saw together. We bought a cassette of its soundtrack and played it unendingly. There was no loop. We had to manually open and close the cartridge slot to play it. However, unfortunate things happened. We got separated against our will. Whenever I heard this, I wouldn’t think of anyone but him..Fast forward to 2018, 20 years later. We met again and got married. Now we’re together and we just can’t believe we still love this song and all others in the soundtrack. Still watching the movie 🍿 as well! 💕
