Alade, Yemi - Duro Timi Lyrics

Duro duro oh
Duro duro oh

It's a heartfelt story
Me and my boo, me and my boo
I tell you say I no wan do
But you already know deep down
That I do, I do

When you call me baby
I say I no want
When I call you daddy
You say you no want
Just because I'm facing my music
Like I send nobody whoaa
But you know deep down in there
There ain't no one that can compare
Why you wanna leave me alone

Baby duro timi oh
Duro timi oh
Duro timi
Cos I love you
Duro timi oh
Duro timi oh
Duro timi
Timi eey

The other day I felt so weak (I felt so weak weak uhn)
The only thing that could save me was a miracle and that was you (that was you)

Now I call you daddy
You say you no want
And you call me baby
I say I no want
Just because I'm facing my music
Like I send nobody whoaa
But you know deep down in there
There ain't no one that can compare
Why you wanna leave me alone

Baby duro timi oh
Duro timi oh
Duro timi
Cos I love you
Duro timi oh
Duro timi oh
Duro timi
Timi eey

Ooh my days ain't the same
My nights ain't the same
My life feels so empty since the day that you walked away
No gravity can hold me
Nothing can stop the chemistry
No oh, don't walk away

Why you wanna run away
Tell me why you wanna run away
Why you wanna run away
Tell me why you wanna run away
Don't you know that you are all I got
Why you wanna run away
Don't you know that you are all I got

Baby duro timi oh
Duro timi oh
Duro timi
Cos I love you
Duro timi oh
Duro timi oh
Duro timi
Timi eey

Baby duro timi oh
Duro timi oh
Duro timi
Cos I love you
Duro timi oh
Duro timi oh
Duro timi
Timi eey

Oh duro duro

  8. Missy Miss

    LILLYWAYNA

    @Teminioluwa Obisesan Thank you

  19. 葉豪

Very funny Anayah Harris: You are wrong, you would have said "her accent", Yemi is a graduate, and she was a very good student.

    OCHI VICTOR

葉豪 even her accent has been perfect all along when you hear speaking in person...but when doing African music, she's not expected to use American or English accent otherwise her African audience (her main consumers) would be turned off ASAP

  20. Meme Kay

Anayah Harris. Its so sad when I hear Americans make such patronizing statements. " her English is getting good". The advantage Africans have is the option to choose what language we prefer to deliver our message. We are not limited to one language. Majority of us speak perfect English and are highly educated. ( having an accent does not equate to poor dialect or grammar). I really wish that most of you are privileged to experience the liberation that comes with being multi- lingual.

    desertflwrs

🙌🏽 thank you. People need to de colonize their minds

    blakjak38

Most Americans don't even speak perfect English anyway, especially our brothers from the 'hood. People from England aren't in here judging, so I don't get why Americans are acting like the English language police.

    Nsimalen

I'm a white Spaniard. I love to watch Naija videos in igbo, yoruba and pidgin english. The best music today!

It would be nice if people don't reply to any Tribalistic comments. It's always obvious that they are on social media just to create fights.

More especially if it starts with Yoruba this and that.

    Love this Yemi....❤️
