only band i care to listen to half the time one of the best and yes i do mean that its better than 3 days grace, avenged sevenfold, or even .... wait for it wait for it ..... DISTURBED!!! I would listen to this band for 30000 years before i would choose Disturbed over this amazing band no matter what song or how bad they do on it that night in a live concert ill listen to them choke on a brand spanking new song even before i choose Disturbed over Alissa XD

@BleedingVaynes I know what you mean, most other bands may have put passion into their lyrics, but Alissa write a LOT, each sentence, each verse, each WORD is full of passion, which she has my respect for... now I am not criticizing them, but this isn't heavy enough for me, but I'm trying to get into it. The screams are terrific, it's just the too melodic singing that does it.

I'm sorry but you can't compare this kind of band with Sepultura...
I'm sure, if they would cut the Evanescence parts, the utterly ridiculous parts,this band would have a lot more potential, since the instrumental is not bad... But no way in hell, something as huge, as influencing, as Sepultura.

All of her lyrics are crazily well thought of. Everything has a deep meaning behind it. In her "thank you's" she mentions some kat for helping her put her "demented" thoughts on paper. Just listen.

Alissa explained that the song is about how the mind works. "Chlorpromazine" is an antipsychotic, so we can assume that she's saying humans have a Schizophrenic way of thinking :)
