If you are on apple:
Do it on PC and then Drag and drop the Songs into Itunes(mp3) and then
a)sycronise ur phone)
B) if you have apple musik, upload them into the cloud(using right click and select it in the drop down menu)

It's because albums are more expensive in Japan than anywhere else in the world, so they put some extra stuff on the Japanese version.

This was a cover of Gokusen 3's OST. :) :) :) It's actually nostalgic when I first heard it because it was in english first loool then the chorus kicks in and I lose my mind.
