Aerosmith - Push Comes To Shove Lyrics

[Chorus]
Can you be in love
When you live alone
Push Comes To Shove
When you're bitchin' on

Now look at every
I'm tonne on you without a doubt
Said the music does the talkin'
But all we heard is talk about

The girls are left behind
When forty women all spend time
With me and the boys
And the toys, yeah

Rose said she was fine for two
With blonde hair, by crack it
Miles of blue
Sooge, she was on my side
'Cause she and Nancy
Ah they took me for a ride

The girls are left behind
When forty women all spend time
With me and the boys
And they do, yeah the toys

Talk about it
Walk about it
Talk about it
Talkabubi
Talk about it
Talk about it...
Dedumdudidudi

[Chorus]

She looked, well, about 35 to me
When mine was still comin' on to you
But I was covered back, back then
'Cause me and the boys
Knew hot courior

The girls are left behind
When forty women all spend time
With me and the boys
And the toys in the attic

Her sister, she was lank a fin
Never tought I'd given in
Her candle of youth was burnin' low
But me and the boys
Knew something had to go

The girls are left behind
When forty women all spend time
With me and the boys
Dededudidudu...

Talk about it
Walk about it
Talk about it
Talkabubi
Talk about it
Talk about it...
Dedumdudidudi

[Chorus x2]

Huh!

[Repeat Chorus]

Aerosmith Push Comes To Shove Comments
  1. J.... D....

Love the vocals and funky feel. Bluesy and raw.

  2. t.... ....

The 1973 debut album voice makes a return in this track

  3. J.... R....

so much better than Hole In My Soul...

  4. M.... ....

They were totally drugged out when they recorded this.

    M.... ....

How the fuck do you know that? Is it what you read in Tiger Beat? Or wait, someone read it for you, right?

    M.... ....

@mrjfperry If you want more proof than teen magazines, try Walk This Way - the autobiography, Tyler's autobiography and Kramer's autobiography. Pretty much everyone present at the sessions has said it.

  5. T.... D....

One of my ALL time favorites! I do love the older Aerosmith.

  6. R.... S....

In many way this is "Real A Smith" less Joe and Brad. We all did what we wanted. As Production had very little influence during this period. And the Finest Drumming Joey has ever laid down...

    R.... S....

Richard Supa you are THE MAN!

    R.... S....

yes, sadly, this underappreciated, nearly forgotten album features the best drumming of Joey's career...

    R.... S....

Richie!, wondered what happened to you.

    R.... S....

Richie, I've been a big Aerosmith fan for over 40 years. In 1978, my friend Cesco and I started a band called 'Coach'. Everyone in the band took a 'stage name' for the band, to solidify band unity. My name in Coach was 'Steve Supa' which was in honor of Steven Tyler and you. Creatively as young kids, that band was so important in our lives and development. That's a true story! I never imagined I'd actually have the opportunity to tell you that!

    R.... S....

Are you "THE" Richie Supa"? If so, its an honor to see you on here. Great songs you wrote.

  7. V.... ....

    Oh my God ♥

  8. S.... H....

reminds me of Tom Waits during the verse parts, I think the way he just riffs through the lyrics like he's talking almost. Love the chorus.

  9. t.... ....

Many years ago read in rolling stones Tyler and co. said this worst album-too many drugs. Myself have always loved this slab, one of my favorite. After all think of all  your favorite albums and their association to hard drugs=just sayin

  10. V.... S....

This song... man, sounds great! mmm.

  11. W.... C....

  17. E.... ....

you know he was so wacked out on heroin that he recorded this in a wheelchair right? lol Personally I love that about this song. After this I didn't like heroin anymore.

  18. E.... L....

@ollieosnick he was probobly high as a kite. haha and he's still kick ass!

  25. S.... ....

Can't go wrong with Tom Hamilton and Joey Kramer: the heart of Aerosmith.
