After listening to 99% of Aerosmith's songs ever made, I would have to say that the final solo at 02:20 is the best guitar solo of their career! I replayed it so mush I can sing it perfectly.

I really love this song...which easily right there with dream on and You see me crying..one of the finest steven's compositions...and don't even get me started about mr Brad whitford...amazing lead guitar playing...he's a criminally underrated guitar player.

Joe plays the awesome fade out solo to this song for sure! Brad plays the middle one (which I am not 100% convinced)!

Brad is a better guitarist than Joe. Joe just happens to be a front man, so he gets more exposure. Joe is more flash while Brad has more skill.

This is one romantic awesome song.

I got this album

1976 ish, i bought this album with my paper route money. My bros and i loved it so much, hearing it i can still see my bedroom on the 2nd floor with my aerosmith and kiss destroyer posters on the wall and others. I think posters cost about 3 dollars back then. I can see the snow falling outside my window, dusk arriving and the sun going down it got dark and grey there. Music kept me alive i think, so beautiful i loved this song still do

I think "You See Me Cryin'" is also an excellent power ballad from the band. But, that's my opinion though. All of their others ( except this one and the forementioned ) I agree do blow ass

Also, don't forget the tune Mia from the Night In The Ruts album, that is also an excellent power ballad written about his new born daughter. I agree that Home Tonight and You See Me Crying are Gems!!

Yesh....everything after Rocks was shite....(maybe a coup'la things on Draw The Line).

"Draw the line" was a more than decent release, but yaa.....I agree......the "Rocks" release was where they peaked as a true hard rock band.

Generally true, but Night in the Ruts is underrated. I listened to the whole album recently and was surprised at how strong it was. Joe Perry even admitted it was better than Draw the Line, and he left the band during the recording of it!
