This is the first time I've heard this. Don't listen to the radio much anymore, mostly garbage. But this is one of Trace's best!!! I cried. And it's not just about soldiers, it's about family. God first, family second. It's in that order cuz God takes care of us even when we aren't worthy....believing and honoring Him and He's there every single time. Thanks for sharing this video!!!

My baby looks a lot like Trace. This video always makes me cry as I come from a long line of vets. I have had ancestors all the way back to Revolutionary War fight for this country, its people and its land. The Vets did not fight for the government which we know is wicked to the core, but they fought and fight for us the people. I have a great respect for all vets and you better not disrespect the flag or the people who served it when I am around.

Being in the military and married to another service member I have been on both sides of homecomings like this a couple of times each, it's very emotional, I was holding back tears every time. Let me tell you when that plane is taxing up and all the families are there waving signs, you will see the biggest burliest men staring out the airplane window wiping away tears.

I lost my father June 16, 2017. My parents 44th anniversary. :( He was killed by a driver who was not paying attention. This person stole a piece of my heart. I feel empty inside. It hurts so bad. My father died in the OR, alone. I wasn't there to hold his hand as God took him from this earth. I'm broken but I need to be strong for my wife and kids. Family is all that matters. Period. I love you dad. We will be together again, I promise.

May God always be beside you and bring you home everyday safe and remember as an retired army wife, that we keep you and every soldier no matter which service you are in our prayers. That we feel for everyone that does not make it home. This and the angel flight video I play everyday along with other songs to praise your service you should never forget that you have people that stand for everyone who has been called to service, it takes courage, great pride in your country to be called to serve. I think you should be told this everyday not just on veterans day or memorial day. Just know you will always have some one keeping you in our prayers. Stay safe and thank you
