Meditation works wonders. Also, lithium orotate (Swanson's is the best) kills my depression straight away. It's a version of lithium which is a great mood stabiliser. You buy it as a supplement online, it's only about 7 or 8 bucks as well on eBay, for a month's supply.

Actually i still prefer Arch Enemy or The Agonist but Adept is really good

I have gone through a lot of shit in they year 2015/2016 and until I knew that Adept was making a new album I have been waiting and waiting SO hard for it since they released "Dark Clouds"..

Then finally at the day I got the cd I opened it up put it in my cd player and pressed play and heard that intro.. Since then I just closed my eyes. And for the next 40 minutes I was inside my head, forgetting everything around me for the first time, just sitting on my couch in my living room. I cried and I remembered. All this shit. That album helped me so much. The lyrics described exactly how I have felt. It felt like I was just screaming everything of this shit right out of my head! HE spoke from his heart and that album literaly spoke to my heart..
