Adams, Bryan - Fits Ya Good Lyrics
Well in the air for the world today yeah.
Five O'Clock and those walls are slowly closin'.
You get home so down and worn out, thunderstruck.
Yeah fits you good,
Oh fits you good.
Closin' time you were bringin' me down,
Well I know it's just the way you live your life.
But you don't know like I know better,
I did all that I could. Now it
Fits you good,
Yeah fits you good.
Oh fits you good, Oh.
But you don't know what I know,

Adams, Bryan Fits Ya Good Comments
Just saw him in Concert a few weeks ago outside in Yuba city calif Toyota amphitheater! I’ve always liked Bryan, this concert was great, every song was good and everyone was cool just an amazing audience too! I’d pay to see that again! Wow!
Thank gosh he's come around.
Remember when Bryan Adams was quite relevant? Me too. This song was not allowed by him/management for the last 10 years on U-suck. They have eased up...it's not like he is still a Don Henley asshat. ;) I suppose concert ducats sold were waning.
His 2nd best song according to moi. That's French. Not Greek.
Henley and Adams' egotistical money grubbing souls have already been sold. Nice try going back.
Used to listen to this album on a Walkman at a missile base in Germany.
kzok seattles classuck rock station thinks that the summer of 69 was his only song he ever did. Sad how things are nowadays. This song rocks.
I listen to that radio station, and can confirm that their current playlist is a joke. They used to play this song before iHeartradio came along...
takes me back to hard times in my life but the music was so good
Great song! I have the cassette still lol
Awesome!
You can hear it that he was special and on his way. Only 18 years old when he recorded this. Check out lonely nights from the same release
Bryan was born Nov 5, '59, this was written April '80, released July '81 so he was 20 when it was recorded.
Not a hugh fan this one caught my attention
Another oldie but goodie bryan adams song forgotten by many but not us diehard fans.
1,25 speed is good too :)
his best song and not easy to find
This B.A took me by surprize LOVE IT
Sure does Bryan, like a glove.
LOVED to cruise from the gym in Campbell up Hwy 17 to Santa Cruz with this blasting on the speakers in my 69 Ford Fairlane 500 after a tough workout, then lay on the beach and oogle the honeys!
Thank you so much for this lost jammer. I remember listening to this on WKQQ out of Lexington Ky in 1981. He had more popular songs later but this was always my favorite jam from him.
I was going to school at u of k at that time and kqq is probably the station I first heard this on.
@Dwight Plock Wow!!!! WKQQ in the early 80s was my life. They played such a variety then. One minute you might be listening to the Rolling stones and the next Saga or Planet P or even Roxy Music. Good times and I have to say Go Big Blue!!!!!
@Mousie Spanks yeah buddy!!. You ain't kidding! Kqq would throw out some who or kinks that you wouldn't hear ever at all now . loved that station!! I also saw some great concerts at Rupp when I was there from 80 to 84 like Fleetwood Mac the who and Triumph. I remember that triumph blew me away with their great laser light show. And go big blue!!
@Dwight Plock I was living in Winchester Ky at the time between 1980 to 1984. I was born and raised there. In live in Florida now. You saw some great concerts at Rupp. I didn't see triumph but Was heavenly into them at the time. Allied forces is an album I still jam to a lot. Fight the good fight. Man what a song!!! I saw Yes at Rupp for their 90210 tour. Great Show!!!!
B.A. got it right on on this one fits ya good Bryan.
Thank you so much
First time I heard this I loved it & that was way back in the day!!! Ya' never hear it on the radidio ever!
There's a couple classic pop/rock stations here in Southern Alberta that'll play it.
One of the 3 best imho. This, Cuts like a knife & the "lost" Diana. A song that has been hard to find for years.
This song fucking rocks!
ONE OF HIS TOP 5 SONGS FOR ME. PROBABLY HIS BEST ALBUM
Rachelynn 1000 Best album?
Really?
@colemann76 for me, #5- this one, #4- Only Thing That Looks Good On Me Is You, #3- Run To You, #2- Don't Drop That Bomb On Me + #1- Can't Stop This Thing We Started \m/
Arguably his most awesome tune. Cuts like a knife is nice too
Reckless is a great song too
Still my favorite BA song, by far. Also, my favorite album by him.
@Michael J Thanks Michael! I will check it out.
Michael J dianna is great too
He had better stuff back in 81 more rock orented.
@Anita Taylor You must be young. Robin Trower is great, procol harum, songs whiskey train.
Eight Penny so underrated that song is. Kinda nice it’s a hidden classic for hardcore fans.
Song kicks ass
his best
He was hungry then and young. After this the North Vancouver dude had a couple of big albums that set him on his way. Not bad eh!
My favourite .
No Surprise Adams became a huge star...driving beat, rhythmic/piercing solo guitar, punctuated by Adam's confident vocals
Rock and roll revenge classic
Thank you for uploading this song.
Thanks.. Hard to find..
I agree. Tried looking for this a few weeks ago, no luck.
Hard to find original classic to hear! Thank you!!!
