Was watching a download of the Larry Sanders show, Season 4 Episode 17, and Adam Ant was mentioned as one of the "guests". The name rung a bell, so I did a YouTube search. First watched Goodey Two Shoes then this. In my humble opinion, it's total crap. Both songs are lifted from the late 40's - early 50's, and just a vehicle for his "persona", which is phony as hell. How may hours a day do you think he spent staring in the mirror at himself? Not going to bother watching a third video of that bullshit poseur.

I always liked this song...back then....never saw this video....now I like it more. Adam was always great with his videos and such. All my girl....friends had his posters on their walls....I had skulls and punk rock shit....secretly admiring his pictures. We no longer have to do it in secret.

Eye catching band back in the day from a rebellious period. Still have alot to offer even now.

Adam has such an iconic look, maybe only matched by David Bowie. In fact I would go as far as to say that Adam's white stripe across the nose is more recognisable than Bowie's lightning bolt over the right eye. Adam was a true style icon.

If you biught the VHS version of Adam Ant:Hits it credited some of the people in his videos on the sleeve. Don`t quote me but I think the lady in question (if you mean the lady who gave the strongman flowers) was called Beverl(e)y Paul although I have no idea whether she is/was a professional actress or just somebody Adam knew.

I found my 16 year-old daughter listening to my old Friend or Foe CD. I had thought it was loooong lost years ago. Asked my daughter and she's had it and LOVES it because she's a "band geek" and digs the horns big time. I was thrilled she was listening to it!
