Ace Of Base - The Juvenile Lyrics

The juvenile
In a time where the night is so cold
The juvenile
Has the key to the end
The juvenile in the end
That is why we are here
The road will take us to the end
Tomorrow's foe is now a friend

Why don't we do it
Like they used to do it all so long ago
They kept together till the bitter end (Old and young)
Today we don't care
Either but the youth or but the old
They cannot rise their voices yet
But later on they will do

The juvenile
In a time where the night is so cold
The juvenile
Has the key to the end (always believe in)
The juvenile in the end
That is why we are here
The road will take us to the end
Tomorrow's foe is now a friend

No education
We don't need no education
Telling us the right to choose
If we have no choice (No, no, no)
It's so explosive
Any day will burst into a fire
Oh, come down and guide us
Before it is too late

The juvenile
In a time where the night is so cold
The juvenile
Has the key to the end (always believe in)
The juvenile in the end
That is why we are here
The road will take us to the end
Tomorrow's foe is now a friend

Oooh, oooh

Always and always and always believe in

Always believe in...

The juvenile
In a time where the night is so cold
The juvenile
Has the key to the end (always believe in)
The juvenile in the end
That is why we are here
The road will take us to the end
Tomorrow's foe is now a friend

  3. Lommy

This should have also been in the 007 movie

  4. SMG3

I much prefer the line "we're in the 90s. nothing is the same the cold war is replaced by diffrent vectors using different names".

  5. Shane Power

James Bond written all over this track and Jenny really was on fire with her vocals at this time

  6. Keven Keeler

I really love this track and wished it would have been sent for radio promotion.

  7. Yoelvys Portillo

    Muy buena

The Juvenile was recorded at the end of 2000 as one of the first tracks for delayed Da Capo (intended for spring/summer 2001), a long 6 years after the 1994 Goldeneye Demo. The deadline for the Goldeneye theme was mid-September 1995, which is right after Tina Turner recorded the Goldeneye Theme with Bono (Labor Day weekend/early September), so I wonder why in the span of whole year they never revisited doing the theme? Really would have helped their sophomore album in the US.

  9. Nathan Blair

This version is so much better than the demo they submitted for Goldeneye

    Felipe Aubert

Agreed. Maybe by mixing the lyrics and tunes from both, and keeping the tone of this one; as opposed to the more girly sounding demo.

  10. gabriel regino

    I Love this Song

    Clyde Alexander

Mee 2 it really means something its about Jesus lol.

  11. Vanja Ferrero

Emina Jahovic - Uzalud se budim

  12. David Somers

And to think this was almost one of the Bond Themes.

    Jimmy Cricket

It makes no sense as anything but a discarded Bond tune. The altered lyrics render it nonsensical.

Master piece in the history of Ace of Base.
