The_jack 124 Rudd was the best for AC/DC's style, but there were some far more technical drummers in Australia before him. Gil Mathew from early '70s Aztecs, who toured America as a ten year old with Buddy Rich and Gene Krupa. Or even Colin Burgess from Masters Apprentices, who was actually AC/DC's first drummer and got the sack for supposedly being drunk on stage.

@Laide Zaipeline I've got too many favourites to choose. Bonzo, Bill Ward, Ian Paice, Cozy Powell. Seen them all live back in the '70s. It just depends on who flips your switch.

I got a copy of this album - vinyl. Unfortunately my 40 year old Mitsubishi record player needs a new driving belt. The funny thing is, it is actually still in working order. Apart from going up and down in playing speeds.
