Stop making excuses and get up a dance is a metaphor for people avoiding starting up their life & living in depressive states... It obviously went over your head.

" "your making excuses as you go to hell" something people with depression tend to do. "And while it seduces, your losing your chance" having depression for so long causes you to become comfortable to it & give up on happiness. "Stop making excuses and get up & dance! " stop telling yourself you are worthless & find a reason to live within. This song is metaphoric, something most people cant grasp anymore without someone explaining it to them.

Well Armin is another who once produced brilliant trance and now is trying to be a pop star. Seems to be the fashion these days catchy short commercial tracks just like this album. Sad
