I remember jamming to this while taking 3 hours to "get ready"...sizzling my hair with Aqua Net & a crimping iron, caking on makeup (blue eyeliner/mascara, pastel eyeshadows, frosted lipsticks), then drenching myself in fake Giorgio (Primo!) before sitting in a corner of my room on the phone for another 3 hours. Those were the days.

No it wasn't. The British version was censored. My vinyl copy (US release) has Kiss My Snatch intact 

vinyl version of the album bought when it came out has it and that was in San Diego.

This was a strange era for ABC, that music was still hot but the band went weird. The real band at the time, Martin, Mark and session players... Eden and David were there for cosmetic purposes only. They didn't tour or sing and in fact only appeared in 3 videos and one of those was animated. I heard Eden (Fiona Russell Powell) was very hurt by their treatment. Shame. This was ABC at their most fun, yet UP still remains my favorite!

I once danced to this song in the 80's by myself on the dance floor with everybody clapping and cheering me on. I was on every drug offered to me. I partied harder and longer than everybody else. I had fun! I still take drugs but the ones prescribed to me by the doctor to repair all the damage I did to myself during those days. I am now 50, live with Mom, disabled, jobless and crap in a colostomy bag because of rectal trauma from the wild sex I had. Would I do it all again? IDK.

I got the vinyl LP from the now defunct Tower Records in NY. I swore that I have never heard the snatch line before.

I had the tape and it wasn't edited out. Then again, I'm trying to remember if I bought it while stationed in West Germany or here in the states.

To clarify - yes, Fiona Russell-Powell was using the stage name "Eden" at this point, but the infamous "snatch" line was actually spoken by Martin Fry (Fiona was not in the studio at the time)
