We played this song at our wedding reception in June 1985. We gathered all of our friends and family in a circle around us as we prepared to leave on our honeymoon. Still married in 2019 and this song has such a special meaning for us, as do many of the ABBA songs. Still surrounded by many good friends. We can face life together, the way old friends do!

I'm sorry but to me it's just a cynical way to garner support by promoting prejudice and xenophobia.   Millions of Britons travel to various parts of Europe every year whether on business or on holiday.   Do you think they believe they are going into 'enemy' territory?     The wars are long gone yet some want to drag them back up for their own political purposes.

They want their "finest hour" back, they are fond of a solidarity economy that resulted from rationing. So neighbours and relatives would share their carrots and turnips with each other, when you visited someone, you would bring some coal as a present, and people want that back. And yes, I know veru y well tge Britons abroad, especially in southern Spain and Portugal, where they create their own little ghettos, and eefuse tonlearn a single word of the local language. I am not making that up. It is all in the news.

I love their costumes and style how they dress. Well I was born 1978 at abba prime and my parents could tell me more but I have old records of abba and pics and listened to it when I was a child not really understandig a lot since did not speak English at the time. But now I know that the world was better then and that the love was more romantic though the same way cruel like today so we still suffer from divorce etc. I Did divorced too and now I know that it was a mistake. But my only hope and hope for similar people is that GOD loves us all and will forgive us that we hurt hearts of our loved ones!!! ❤❤😥
