No need to compare the two, Bill did the original and will always be respected as a great artists and writer. Aaron Neville is one of the great soul voices of all time and did an Honorable job, so lets just enjoy them both..

Great Aaron. I give you 8 out 10. But for 10 out 10 you might want to check Esther Philip's version on her album "Home Is Where The Music Is" and see what happens to you. It is by far the best I've had of this song. Even Bill Wither's live version at The Carnegie Hall bows to Esther Philips' version. Ben Harper does a good cover as well.

Very seldom is the movie as good as the book, the sequel as good as the original, check Junior Wells cover of this old Withers moneymaker and comment... it has something missing in a lot of music so popular today..
