Me as an underground artist, Steve is one of my biggest inspirations because of his work ethic and tenacity. Dude is constantly not satisfied and always looking to improve his craft which is one of the most valuable mindsets you can have in this game. It always encourages me to work harder on my own craft and the quality of my music as I learn more. If I keep that mindset, I may be able to blow up someday too!

This whole song relates to what I am going through right now. There was a girl that I stopped talking to and I started talking to her again cuz I was getting desperate. I gained feelings back. The only bad thing about this relationship is that she lived in Alabama and I tell you I felt like I was in love with her. Throughout the whole relationship of trying to get back together, Steve lacy said that he was going to be releasing a new album. I was excited for this album because I was pretty recently introduced to Steve lacy and I have heard all of his songs since then and love them all. When the album first came out, I couldn’t freely listen to it because I was talking to her and I couldn’t listen to the music and actually focus on it at that time so I decided to listen to it later. When I heard the second track, I realized that this song shows what I am feeling. Like every line explains fully what I think in my head. This has never happened to me and I believe this will be my favorite song for a while. Steve lacy, I know you will never see this but you are truly a godsend. Thank you😁🫶🏼😭
