"5CC" had become truly a fabulous duo by Ten Out Of 10 album.
Look Here? and this…they're my most favorite 10CC albums. They're amazing! Though I don't like reggae-feeling of Bloody Tourists album, I feel very natural the feeling of Don't Ask song is. But……I've heard these two tremendous records had ended in commercial failure. Why?

@Lasse L Definitely the early 80's is the age of "techno-pop". Even Roxy Music was influenced by the currency with Fresh And Blood album. But 10CC wasn't.
Eric Stewart spent most of 1979 recovering from a car crash, with vision and hearing loss. So the albums after this point tended to be a bit more mellow, and while he was recovering, as the others say, the music scene changed completely and 10cc never caught up. People were into the new wave/techno stuff at the time, and 10cc was completely out of sync. But at the same time some of the techno music doesn't hold up today and both LOOK HEAR and TEN OUT OF 10 hold up much better as good "pop" albums, and even though LOOK HEAR is considered by many 10cc fans to be their worst album, many have found that TEN OUT OF 10 is quite good. There was a UK Version in 1981, and then after removing some songs and adding some new ones was finally released in the USA in 1982. You can find ALL of the tracks from both versions on Japanese issues on CD.
